Generally, I like to support local Houston events, but I was unable to go to last months food truck festival, mainly because I was to cheap to shell out $15.oo to get in. I mean, really??!! I have to pay to get in, wait in long lines, pay for my food and drinks??!! No thank you. So when we arrived in Miami, I was exstatic to learn that they were having a food truck festival of their own! Hello!! $1.00 for parking and free admission!! Now, that sounds like something I'm more into! The food was all delicious, but we didn't pace ourselves and by the fourth truck we already full...we obviously need more practice at this!
