Priorities..

Been busy around here, but I need to remind myself to buy more of these sandals, in red and blue, maybe yellow!

They are not super cushiony, but they are so durable and kind of waterproof. My daughter has two pairs from last summer that somehow miraculously still fit!

Plus, as much as I'm dying to buy wedges and heels, I am trying not to so that I won't sprain my ankle all over again!

 

DVF & Gap

Doesn't it totally suck that the Gap Diane von Furstenberg line is for kids?! Ok, Ok, my Chicken may be recieving a dress and swimwear soon, if I decide that's it okay to spend a pretty penny on clothes she will grow out of by the end of summer. May just have to go with the affordable and awesome Harajuku Mini for Target, which she clearly loves as she stuffed her foot in a half size to small pair of shoes, then passionately cried when I told her they were too small for her.

Weekend Style....

I'm so excited the TOMS ballet flats are finally here!! I'm trying to get out of my sweats and a tshirt habit and look a little more put together. Here is how I would wear these on a Saturday running around with the kids. I would wear a small, dainty necklace during the day and then if I go out for drinks at night but with no time to change, I would swap the dainty necklace for a big chunky one and red lipstick!

Ok I'm off to watch a movie. We are on a roll! Beginners and 50/50 last night, and Rise of the Planet of the Apes tonight! I didn't even fall asleep! Oh yeah, redbox night! Which by the way, I get all excited because they are only $1 and then all upset when it ends up being $7 because I forgot to return it all week!!!
